If within the first 3 months of signing the property management agreement the landlord is not satisfied with our service, the landlord is entitled to terminate the agreement by providing a written statement stating their dissatisfaction.

The landlord will be given a full refund of all management fees paid till date since the signing of the property management agreement with Reliance.
